Good morning Ratepayers,

As most of you know Canada Post is on strike again. Theses are the following options for getting your receipts…

  • The RM can hold your receipts at the office until the strike is finished.
  • You can come pick up your receipt from the office.
  • You can call or e-mail the office and I can E-mail it to you.

If you have sent the RM your payment in the mail please call to confirm with the office that we have received your payment (306-699-2257). If we have not received your payment it will be up to you the to ensure the RM gets your payment in time to receive the proper discount.  If you would like to e-transfer the funds please send to .

The RM is also trying to move forward with using e-mail to get information to Ratepayers so we do not have to worry about future postal strikes. In your 2025 tax notice package was an E-Notice Consent form (see below for PDF).  If Ratepayers who have not already filled this in could do so we could have your information on file.  The information on this form can always be altered.

RM e-notice consent form – 2025

We also want to let Ratepayers know that we are going to be starting a monthly Ratepayer newsletter in January 2026 so even if you do not want any receipts, tax notices, or assessment notices sent to you via e-mail but you do want the newsletter please ensure you put down your e-mail address.  You can always opt out of the newsletter at any time.

Have a wonderful day!
