A building permit is also required under the authority of Bylaw No. 2/2001 being a Bylaw Respecting Buildings which has adopted the provisions of the National Building Code of Canada.   Our building inspector is contracted to MuniCode Services Ltd from Warman.   The RM’s permit interest is in the structural elements of the building being proposed. Other permits will be required from other authorities and are the responsibility of the developer.

Fees are invoiced when the RM Office receives invoice from the Building Inspector with their fee plus the RM administration fee of $100.00.  Once this amount has been paid the office will forward you the Plan Examination and you may commence your project.
